This saree uses
Pure Georgette warp and weft.
These Banarasi georgette sarees are first woven in natural colors and then over-dyed.
Due to the unique nature of weaving, dyeing, and finishing processes involved, there is likely to be some color variation between two pieces of the same sku.
•••
The saree features the Cutwork Brocade handloom weaving technique, where the floating extra-wefts used to create the motifs are neatly clipped at the back, giving the motifs an embossed look.
•••
The saree measures approximately 5.4 meters (220 inches) in length, 1.10 meters (44 inches) in width and 890 g in weight.
•••
The saree comes with an unstitched blouse piece measuring 70-80 cms. Please refer to the last product image for a snapshot of the blouse piece. The blouse that the model is wearing is for illustration purpose only.

Useful Tip. To see the richeness of the weave and zari in a handwoven saree, we recommend you see the fabric along the length.
In a handloom saree, the motif yarns and zari, if any, run across the width, and the richness of motifs is more visible when your line of sight is perpendicular to these motif yarns,
ie when your sight runs along the length of the saree.
