Ordering your favorite products on HolyWeaves is very simple and mostly intuitive.

If you are new to online shopping, simply follow this step-by-step guide to place your order.

  1. If you are on a collection page, you need to click on a product to reach the product page. Once on the product page, click on ADD TO CART button to add it to your shopping cart. 
  2. Once you have added all the products that you wish to purchase to you r cart, you can visit your Cart by clicking on the Cart icon at the top-right of the page.
  3. Once on the cart page, you will be able to see the products you have added and make any changes if necessary. Then click on CHECKOUT button.
  4. In the next step, Customer Information, you need to provide your email id and complete shipping address. It can be an Indian address or of any other country. (If your country does not appear in the drop down, please contact us and we will sort it out.) Once done, click on the button at the bottom to move to the next step where shipping charges are calculated based on the products in your cart and the shipping address provided by you.
  5. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on your shipping address and the shipment weight. Then click on Continue to Payment method.
  6. On the payments page, you need to select your preferred payment option between Cards and Netbanking , Cash on Delivery (India only) and PayPal as the payment option. Then Click on Complete Order.
  7. If you selected Cash on Delivery as the payment option, you order will be complete after step 6 and you will see a success screen.
  8. If you selected Cards and Netbanking as the payment method in step 6, you will be taken to a secure payment gateway (PayU) where you can pay by any international Visa/ Mastercard/ Amex Credit card. Please note that due to technical issues, it is possible that you may have to try more than once for the payment to go through. It is normal.
  9. Besides seeing a success screen once your order is placed, you will also receive an order confirmation email.
  10. Once shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link.

Additional Tips:

  1. You can change the currency of the store to your Home currency by choosing from the Currency Selector widget at the top of the page on desktops and tablets. Please note that this feature is only for viewing the products in your home currency. All the payments are processed in Indian Rupee only irrespective the currency you choose from the currency selector.
