Can I place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order on HolyWeaves?
Yes. You can place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order on HolyWeaves.
Please note, however, that,
• COD is available to most, but not all, Indian cities. If it is unavailable to your location, we will contact you with the available options and take a confirmation.
• The minimum order value for COD orders is Rs 1,000. Though you will still be able to place COD orders for smaller amounts, they will not be processed and will be cancelled automatically.
• COD orders are processed only for shipments to an Indian address. Please do not select this payment option if you have a shipping address outside India. Though the order will go through, it will not be processed and cancelled automatically.
Can I pay through Cards or NetBanking?
Yes. You can.
Customers in India can pay through their Visa/ Mastercard Debit and Credit cards or use Netbanking. Overseas Customers can pay through the Visa/ Mastercard/ Amex Credit Cards. Please note that Amex cards only accepted from Amex Safekey markets.
Sometimes you may need to try more than once for the payment to go through. Please be assured that you will be charged only once. If, in an unlikely scenario, the payment is debited twice, it will be automatically credited back to your account. You can speak to your bank for assistance on this.
I have tried several times trying to pay for my order with my credit card but the payment is not going through.
What could be the reason?
This is a common issue with online payments, especially with international payments. We understand this can be very frustrating. On many occasions, the transactions are declined because of wrong passwords being entered.
If you are typing on a mobile phone, it is easy to type in a wrong password. Though the world is going mobile, we still believe that desktops and tablets offer a better shopping experience and reduce such errors manifolds. In such a scenario, it is advisable to try paying with an alternate card. Please note that Amex cards only accepted from Amex Safekey markets.
Do you accept PayPal payments?
Yes, we do. :)
To pay with your PayPal account, please select Paypal Account Transfer from the payment options during checkout.
Because PayPal does not process payments in Indian Rupee, PayPal Express Checkout is not available. In this mode, you order is placed without any upfront payment. After you place your order, we will send you a PayPal Invoice in USD at the email id provided by you within 24 hours. You can view the USD prices of the products by selecting USD from the currency selector at the top of the page. The exchange rate used for USD pricing is net of PayPal currency conversion costs.
Once you receive the PayPal invoice, we suggest paying the same at your earliest convenience. Once paid for, we shall process your order within two business days. You will receive dispatch details through email and SMS.

Can I pay in my home currency, or any other currency than the Indian Rupee?
You can browse the website in some of the leading currencies of the world. Just select the currency from the currency selector at the top of the page. Please note, however, that payments are only accepted in Indian Rupee. But, you do not need to worry about this. Your international credit card is capable of processing payments in multiple currencies at the prevailing exchange rates.
I was taken to some other website for the payment. Is it safe?
Once you Select Cards and Netbanking on the payment page and proceed to the next step, you will be taken to our payment gateway partner site, PayU, to complete the payment. It is completely safe and all payments are processed over a secure server.

If I place an order, how many days will it take to deliver the product?
We usually ship the orders within two business days. Once shipped, it usually take 4-6 business days to most countries and most cities in India. It may however, take longer than expected for some countries if the shipment gets delayed in customs clearances.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes, we do.
International shipping is available to most countries worldwide. Currently, we use DHL for international shipments which is super-fast and reliable. Once shipped, it usually take 4-6 business days to deliver to most countries. It may however, take longer than expected for some countries if the shipment gets delayed in customs clearances. In such a situation, patience is the key.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping within India on all orders above Rs 10,000. On orders below Rs 10,000, shipping charges are a nominal Rs 100 per order, irrespective of the order quantity, for most locations in India. Additional shipping charges, however, may apply for some remote locations in India.
For international shipments, the shipping cost is calculated during checkout depending on the order weight and the shipping address. International shipping costs are non-linear in nature, ie the more the number of units, the lesser is the per unit shipping cost. You can save significantly on shipping costs by placing one smart order of two sarees instead of two orders of one saree each.

If you are unable to find a product, it is probably because the product is sold out and has been removed from the collections. Given the nature of handloom production, we find it difficult to comment on whether or when sold out products will be available again. We request you to only choose from available designs.

I like a saree from your collection. What is the material?
We have provided the fabric details of all the sarees in the Product Details section below the product images. We strongly recommend to read the product details before placing your order to make an informed decision.
Do the sarees come with a blouse piece?
Most of the sarees on HolyWeaves come with a matching un-stitched blouse piece. The blouse piece can be found woven either after the pallu end or at the other end of the saree. The last product image usually shows a snapshot of the blouse piece.
