Handwoven in flowing khaddi georgette, this maroon Banarasi saree is a beautiful convergence of two textile traditions—Banarasi brocade and Rajasthani bandhej. The body features a white and yellow bandhani resist-dyed pattern, forming traditional dotted grids across the dyed maroon base. The border and pallu are intricately woven in gold zari using the cutwork brocade technique, adding shimmer and structure to the soft drape.

This saree is dyed after weaving—first degummed, then tie-dyed and starched to restore its crispness. A refined option for mehndi celebrations, sangeet nights, or a post-wedding puja. Pair with gota jewellery, antique gold, or meenakari accents. A blouse in ivory, mustard, or deep maroon would complete the look with poise.
